Publication date: 21/07/2023

The Central European Chamber of Commerce is implementing in international partnership a project called "PARTICIPATIVE ENERGY: Increasing employee involvement in conflict prevention and resolution during energy sector restructuring"..

The PARTICIPATIVE ENERGY project aims to realize the rights of workers to information and consultation, facilitating their participation in the energy sector through the examination of related issues. The project was initiated due to ongoing problems in the countries involved. One of the project's outcomes will be the development of a Conflict Prevention Methodology based on national case analysis reports. The goal of the project is to build the capacity of social partners, strengthen worker-employer dialogue through Roundtable discussions, Online Training, International Conferences, and other dissemination activities; and distribute project products and results among target groups.

As part of this project, a partners' meeting took place on May 22nd and 23rd to summarize the work done during the research phase of the project.

We cordially invite you to review the newsletter summarizing the Partnership's proceedings (in both Polish and English versions) and the publication summarizing the entirety of the research conducted.
