Together against professional burnout
As a result of the project, partners can offer a new, informal educational method and diverse activities that allow them to engage young people in the long term and also achieve group goals. Young people will acquire basic communication and social skills. The expected communication skills acquired include the ability to communicate in a foreign language, understand non-verbal communication and body language, the ability to work with one's own voice, youth workers will learn and practice how to cooperate in a constructive way within a team, they will deal with issues arising from various social and cultural differences or professional any organization and person.
We are almost certain that the best practices of the best contributors will influence the internal operations of the participating countries. Therefore, during the project they will develop their intercultural communication skills. They will learn about the relations between the participating countries, relations with the EU, and the mobility opportunities offered by the European Commission to employees and youth leaders. The information obtained will be disseminated in the countries of origin, which will lead to increased youth involvement in various European projects.
We also expect to disseminate a positive attitude towards using non-formal education. It replaces some of the education that is missing from formal learning in schools.
The project is financed by the Erasmus Plus program. The partnership consists of 10 different organizations from Poland, Sweden, Germany, Turkey, Armenia, Italy, Ukraine, Moldova, Croatia and Georgia.
