The cluster undertook activities in support of renewable energy RES projects, including promoting support, professional consulting, competence center dedicated to the activities of local governments, public administration interested in the green transformation of Poland.

The initiative specifically promotes the implementation of the new "GREEN DEAL". Our goal is to minimize Co2 emissions, and eliminate the negative impact on the economy of Poland, but also on local municipalities. The cluster's activities specifically support local investment initiatives. We take care of local development by assisting in such activities as:

  • improving energy security at the local government level,
  • increasing the innovation of enterprises operating in the municipality,
  • consulting on obtaining energy efficiency for local governments,
  • improving the flow of information between local government and business institutions,
  • reduce harmful environmental impacts in the municipality,
  • strengthening the interaction of local government, representatives of scientific and research centers, representatives of universities.

ECSE is a unique initiative that allows you to take a holistic view of municipal operations, plan RES initiatives, but also develop multi-year investment plans and zoom in on their impact on the local community. We will help you effectively develop and implement such policies. We have experience and a number of already implemented programs that have positively supported local communities by helping them achieve their goals in development policy, and have significantly increased the revenues generated by these Municipalities contributing to the development and improvement of the local situation.

Examples of benefits for local government units:

  • increases the Security of local government units and the business conducted in their areas,
  • cost savings on power transmission of medium- and high-voltage networks,
  • cheaper energy means more competitiveness for products and services of local entrepreneurs
  • resilience to energy emergencies resulting from external factors,
  • independence from external factors, such as global changes in fossil fuel prices,
  • to promote research and development and innovation in the field of Energy.
